For example, with one of the organizations we worked with, we were asked to assess their trainers.  Within a short period of time, we were able to identify the challenges the trainers were encountering.  We then proceeded to help improve the training facilitation skills of the trainers by assessing their training abilities, conducting training auditions, and follow up coaching sessions to ensure that they become effective and efficient trainers. We assessed different facets of their facilitation skills, from clarity of diction, language and vocabulary that they use with trainees, tone of voice, eye contact, body language, professionalism, and energy level.  The result were more confident trainers, a training environment that was conducive to learning, and trainees that enjoyed the training while being prepared for the real world after training.
